PIUMA A riveder le stelle is born from the simple, ancient gesture of looking up at the night sky: lifting our heads to search for direction, recognise beauty even in darkness and be filled with wonder. Its name is taken from the final verse of Dante's Inferno, when Dante and Virgil emerge from the abyss and see the stars once again, a moment that still reminds us how powerful even a single fragment of light can be.
Scribo was founded in 2016 by a team who had just closed a long chapter of their working lives at Omas. Their goal is to carry on a story of tradition, craftsmanship and made in Italy, and to preserve the traditional way of designing and making fountain pens.
Each Scribo pen is handmade at every stage, component by component, using specialised Italian labour and mechanical operations, which Scribo sees as the key to recovering the artisanal heritage at the core of its values.
At the heart of every pen is a gold nib, in either a classic 18k alloy or Scribo's own Extra-Flexible 14k alloy (for flex nib options). Writing with this PIUMA is like following a constellation: every written letter lights up a thought, every word finds its own orbit. It's a fountain pen that doesn't just write, but guides.
