Desk Bandit Preorder Policy

Thank you for supporting our pre-order releases.

Please read the following terms carefully before placing a pre-order.

1. Deposits and Payments

Pre-orders may require either:

A partial deposit at checkout, or
Full payment at checkout.

Where a deposit is taken, the remaining balance will be charged on the date stated on the product listing at the time of purchase.

All deposits are non-refundable.
By placing a pre-order, you are committing to purchase the item once it becomes available.

If you choose to cancel after placing a pre-order, any deposit paid will not be refunded.

2. Estimated Shipping Dates

The estimated shipping timeframe displayed on the product page is provided in good faith and is generally accurate.

However, all pre-order shipping dates are guidelines only.

Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

Manufacturer production schedules
International logistics and freight
Customs processing and clearance
Carrier disruptions

While we work closely with suppliers to minimise delays, these external factors may impact final delivery timelines.

3. Communication of Delays

If a delay occurs, we will notify affected customers via email as soon as updated information becomes available.

To ensure you receive important updates, please:

Add our email address to your safe sender or whitelist list
Check your spam or junk folder periodically

We are not responsible for missed communications due to email filtering or incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.

4. Payment Methods

For pre-orders that require full 100% upfront payment, all standard payment methods that we offer remain available at checkout.

However, where a pre-order uses a deposit or split-payment structure, certain alternative payment methods may be unavailable due to Shopify's payment processing limitations.

If your preferred payment method is normally available but does not appear during checkout for a pre-order item, this is expected behaviour.

If you wish to use an alternative payment method for in-stock items, please consider placing a separate order for those items.

By completing a pre-order, you agree to use one of the Shopify-supported payment methods available at checkout and acknowledge that Section 5 (Combined Orders) also applies.
