PROCESSING
We aim to process orders placed on a weekday within 1-3 business days (not including the day the order is placed). However, please allow some extra time during busy periods (we will reach out if this is the case). 

No shipping is done over the weekend.
 

DOMESTIC ORDERS
All domestic orders will be shipped express delivery after processing.

Orders below $99 will be charged a flat rate of $14 for shipping.

Free standard shipping will automatically be applied to orders over $99 during the checkout process.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Shipping Charges

All international orders have a flat rate postage fee according to your country.

Orders over A$330 will have FREE shipping applied automatically at checkout. 

Our shipping services are all insured and fully trackable. 

Express shipping is also available for a flat rate and will be shipped via Express Mail Service (EMS). 

Please note that you (the buyer) are responsible for any duties or taxes levied by your country. There will be no refunds should you choose to refuse your delivery, or if you have provided an incorrect shipping address. 

Transit times vary by location, and should only be used as a guide. They do not take into account any customs delay experienced in your destination country.
