Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may require a deposit or full payment at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable, and placing a pre-order is a commitment to purchase.

Shipping dates shown on product pages are estimates only and may shift due to factors outside our control, and we will keep you updated for changes.

If your order combines pre-order and in-stock items, everything ships together once the pre-order arrives.

Returns & Cancellations

If your order arrives damaged in transit, we will make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) always apply.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Cancelled orders, including those cancelled due to failed verification, are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
