Sailor Manyo Himeyuri 50ml
Himeyuri, meaning “star lily”, is a pumpkin orange fountain pen ink inspired by the poem: “Like the star lily blooming in the thicket of a summer field, unknown to anyone, my love remains a painful and poignant secret.”
The Manyo series takes its theme from the Manyoshu, Japan’s oldest anthology of poetry. Its 5th anniversary release, Manyo Ink in Love, draws on poems about unrequited love, composed with loved ones in mind. Each colour comes in Sailor’s iconic 50ml square bottle.
Since 1911, Sailor has carried Japan’s traditional craftsmanship into writing. Its Manyo ink line, first released in 2019, has grown across four editions of colours and a 5th anniversary set.
