Leave it to Sailor to make a hybrid pen. Not quite gel but also not quite ballpoint, somewhere comfortably in the middle.
The ink is best described as smoother than your typical ballpoint but lower in viscosity when compared to conventional gel inks. The rubber grip tops it off!
