E Hua Shi 惡化市 30ml Bottled Ink

During Japanese rule in Taiwan, Changhua became a cradle of civic awakening. Local scholars and community groups pushed for equality, education, and self-determination, ideas the colonial authorities branded as corrupting thought. The people of Changhua wore that accusation as a badge of honour. What began as an insult became a rallying identity, and they called themselves citizens of E Hua Shi, the City of Radical Thought.

Lennon Tool Bar is a Changhua, Taiwan-based ink brand that hand-mixes and bottles every ink in small batches, keeping quality close and intentional. Drawing inspiration from the landscapes, culture, and colours of Taiwan, each shade is a quiet portrait of this island, from mountain mist to coastline, from tea fields to city streets.
