What currency will I be charged

Our products are all listed in Australian Dollars by default. You can make use of the currency switcher to view in a currency more suitable for you. Please note that his rate is only an approximation, and unfortunately, we have no control over what exchange rate your bank will actually charge you (if you are paying in a currency other than AUD) at the time of purchase.

Where is my order

You will receive shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email contains your tracking number. Please allow for up to a day for the tracking detail to update.

My order has missing / damaged items, help!

We are very sorry for the inconvenience in these circumstances, please give us a chance to make it right by you.

Please send us an email immediately detailing the damage. Sometimes, the damage happens during transit, so it would be helpful to include clear pictures of this so we can lodge a claim with the courier.
In any event, we will work with you to rectify the issue. Promise!



SHIPPING
How to track a parcel

All domestic packages are sent with Australia Post. The tracking number you receive in your shipping confirmation email can be entered here on the Australia Post tracking page.

My parcel went missing

All our parcels are sent fully trackable, so don't panic!

The first step would be to get in contact with Australia Post and open a case. They will be able to get in contact with your local postie to find out where on your property they left your parcel. This can be done by filling out this form here.

In the event Australia Post fails to locate your parcel, drop us an email with your case number and we will certainly help you follow up for a resolution.

If you have a secret spot you want your parcel left, let us know in the notes section when you checkout. We can place the directive for your postie on your postage label, but do note that we cannot guarantee they will read it/follow it.



GIFT CARDS
How do I get my gift card

All Gift Cards purchases are sent electronically to the account holder's email address. No physical cards are sent.
All Gift Card purchases are final, and subject to the store's Terms and Conditions of Service.
Gift Cards may not be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash.

How to redeem a gift card

You can redeem your gift card on the checkout payment page by entering the full unique code under the gift card field. Your gift card amount will then be automatically deducted as payment on the total amount (before taxes and shipping).

When does my gift card expire?

Gift cards purchased after 1 November 2019 will have a 3 year expiry from date of purchase.

Do you offer a local pick-up option?

Unfortunately we do not. All orders have to be dispatched by postal service. We apologise for the inconvenience.
