'Yuletide Green (Buko Pandan 1854)' is inspired by the iconic Filipino dessert made with flavored, green jelly cubes, young coconut, and sweetened cream infused with pandan or Screwpine leaves. This sweet, cold snack is a classic staple in any Filipino Christmas dinner.
Buko Pandan was said to have originated from the Visayan province of Bohol.
