Celebrating 5 years of the Shikiori line, this SAILOR Shikiori Minori set takes you through the history of rice farming culture in Japan.

With a pen shape reminiscent of a glossy grain of rice, the colour blue on the barrel represents the initial stage of rice planting in the water.

The green section brings to mind the grain ears developing to maturity under the sun.

The clear and gold colours on the pen cap signals the time to harvest as the grain ears and sunlight are shining a golden shade.

Finally, the ink that comes with this set is a shade that represents the precious soil that brings with it rich harvests. The ink starts out green (rice plant) and dries down to a light brown shade (soil).

Each pen set also includes a 20ml bottle of ink, created specially for this edition.
